HubSpot pricing
HubSpot pricing, explained
HubSpot charges by edition and by seat, with monthly credits for AI features and agents. Here is how pricing works today, what each edition starts at, and how to avoid paying for more than your business needs.
How it works
Four things decide what you pay
Marketing, Sales and Service Hub are priced on these four elements, so once they make sense, most HubSpot quotes do too.
Editions
Each Hub comes in Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. Higher editions add automation, reporting and controls, and higher limits.
Seats
Paid seats are for the people who use paid features. Colleagues who only need to see records can have view-only seats, which are free.
Credits
Paid editions include a monthly allowance of HubSpot credits for AI features and agents. Extra credits cost $0.01 each, and unused credits do not roll over.
Onboarding
Professional and Enterprise editions of Marketing, Sales and Service Hub come with a required, one-time onboarding fee from HubSpot.
HubSpot shows its seat-based Customer Platform plan in some regions and per-Hub prices in others, so the structure of your quote can differ from the prices below.

Paying the right amount
How to keep HubSpot costs down
01
Start with the problem, not the edition
Map what each team needs to do, then choose the lowest edition that does it. Check which pricing model your quote uses first: under HubSpot's flexible seats-and-credits model, one edition applies across the whole account.
02
Pay for seats only where they are used
Give paid seats to the people who use paid features and view-only seats to everyone else.
03
Keep an eye on credits
AI features and agents use credits. Set them up deliberately, so the monthly allowance goes where it adds most value.
04
Avoid the onboarding fee
When Cybersolve leads your onboarding, HubSpot's onboarding fee can be waived, and Cybersolve carries out the set-up with your team.

HubSpot onboarding and migration
Is HubSpot free?
Yes. HubSpot's free tools are free for up to two users. Paid editions add automation, reporting and higher limits, and remove HubSpot branding.
How much does HubSpot cost a month?
It depends on the pricing model, edition and number of seats. As of 20 October 2026, HubSpot's seat-based Customer Platform plan costs $90 per seat a month for Professional and $175 for Enterprise, billed annually. On per-Hub pricing, Starter costs $20 per seat a month (with limited-time prices from $7 for new customers), Sales and Service Hub Professional start at $90 per seat a month, and Marketing Hub Professional at $800 a month with three seats included.
What is the HubSpot onboarding fee?
A required, one-time fee for Professional and Enterprise editions of Marketing, Sales and Service Hub: $3,000 and $7,000 for Marketing Hub, and $1,500 and $3,500 for Sales and Service Hub. When Cybersolve leads your onboarding, the fee can be waived.
What are HubSpot credits?
Credits pay for AI features and agents that do work for you. Paid editions include a monthly allowance; extra credits cost $0.01 each, and unused credits reset each month.
Can I pay in pounds or rand?
HubSpot prices in several currencies, including US dollars, pounds sterling and euros. It does not list South African rand, so confirm the billing currency on your quote.
Can I change editions later?
Yes. Many businesses start with Starter or Professional and upgrade as their teams and processes grow. Planning the set-up properly at the start makes later upgrades easier.
