Email marketing agency
Email marketing that reaches the inbox and gets read
Email is still one of the few channels you own outright, but only if your messages arrive and people want to open them. Cybersolve plans, designs and sends email campaigns, and sets up the authentication and list care that keep them out of the spam folder.
Authentication passed
SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned
Segment sent
Different content for each audience
Trusted by businesses like these

Gmail now requires bulk senders to authenticate their email, make unsubscribing easy and keep spam complaints low. Email that is not authenticated, wanted and well maintained is easier to filter out, however good the content.
What email marketing covers
Email strategy and calendars, newsletters and campaigns, template design and build, segmentation and personalisation, deliverability and authentication, testing, and reporting.

How an email earns the inbox
What decides whether your email reaches the inbox
Getting into the inbox is mostly decided before anyone reads a word.
01
Authenticate
Your sending domain proves it is really you, so providers can trust your mail.
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
02
Keep the list healthy
Consent, regular clean-ups and removal of addresses that bounce or never engage.
03
Send what people want
Segments and content matched to each audience, so messages earn opens instead of complaints.
04
Design for every inbox
Templates that render well on phones, desktop clients and dark mode, with sensible image sizes.
05
Watch and adjust
Engagement, bounces and complaints monitored, with problems caught before they affect delivery.
Requirements differ by inbox provider and change over time; set-ups follow each provider's current guidance for bulk senders.

Who it is for
When email is falling quiet
Email support helps most when open rates are drifting down, more messages land in spam, the newsletter has become a chore, or everyone on the list receives the same thing.
Emails increasingly land in spam or promotions
The newsletter goes out late, or not at all
Everyone gets the same message, whatever their interest

03
Plan and design
Agree the calendar and segments, and build templates in your brand.
04
Send and improve

What does an email marketing agency do?
Plans, writes, designs and sends email campaigns, builds templates and segments, and looks after the technical side of deliverability, then reports on what each send achieves.
Why are our emails going to spam?
Common causes are missing or misaligned authentication, sending to old or unengaged addresses, sudden jumps in volume, and content people do not expect. A deliverability check usually finds which ones apply.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three DNS records that let inbox providers check your email really comes from you. Since February 2024, Google has required bulk senders to Gmail to have all three in place, with the From domain aligned to SPF or DKIM.
How often should we send a newsletter?
As often as you can send something genuinely useful. A steady monthly newsletter that people read is worth more than a weekly one they ignore.
Which email platforms do you work with?
HubSpot is the platform Cybersolve recommends and partners with. Cybersolve also works with Mailchimp, Brevo and MailerLite.
Is email marketing still worth it for B2B?
Yes. It reaches people who already know you, costs little per message and supports every stage of a longer B2B sale, provided the emails arrive and stay relevant.
