HubSpot Service Hub services
HubSpot Service Hub, set up for customers who stay
HubSpot Service Hub is HubSpot's customer service software: a help desk, knowledge base, customer portal, feedback surveys and an AI customer agent, on the same CRM as sales and marketing. Set up well, it answers routine questions automatically and shows your team which customers need attention. Cybersolve sets it up around how you support customers.

More HubSpot Hubs
Every Hub runs on the same Smart CRM
Most businesses start with one or two Hubs and add more as they grow.
What is HubSpot Service Hub?
HubSpot's customer service software. It brings ticketing, a help desk, knowledge base, customer portal, feedback surveys and an AI customer agent onto the same Smart CRM as sales and marketing.
Who is Service Hub for?
Businesses that support customers after the sale: B2B companies with support and customer success teams, and B2C businesses handling high volumes of questions. Small teams can start on Starter; most teams that need a help desk, knowledge base or customer agent need Professional.
Does Starter include the help desk and knowledge base?
No. The help desk workspace, SLAs, knowledge base, customer portal, feedback surveys and customer agent start on Professional.
How is the customer agent charged?
In HubSpot Credits, per conversation it resolves; credits are used only when it delivers a resolution. Reply recommendations for your own agents do not use credits.
Can Service Hub handle WhatsApp?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. Sending more than 50 business-initiated conversations a day needs a verified Meta Business Manager account.
Can you connect Service Hub to our other systems?
Usually, yes. Support tools, product data and billing systems can often be connected through native integrations or custom API work. Each connection is scoped after a review of the systems involved.
Can HubSpot's onboarding fee be waived?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise, when Cybersolve leads your onboarding. This applies to customers in the UK, the US and South Africa, on both HubSpot's per-seat pricing and its established plans.
